I am looking for someone to take over my lease for at least 2 months, July-August, with the possibility of renewal of the lease for 1 year beginning in September 2010, as I will be moving away from Boston. The monthly rent you would be paying is a very reasonable $650 for such a spacious apt, plus half of the cost of utilities (about $120/month, which includes electric, water, gas, Dish network, landline phone with unlimited nationwide minutes, and wireless internet). To summarize, this is a very nice 2-bedroom apt in close proximity to Brighton Center (5 min walk), as well as to bus lines to downtown Boston. This apt is on the 2-nd level of a well-maintained townhouse and has hardwood floors.. You would be sharing it with a tidy, mature, and very hospitable male professional in his late 20’s. The house if located on a quiet street with free on-street parking (no resident permit needed), 1 block away from Market St. The landlords are a very nice elderly couple who live on the level below. Attached are some photos of the common areas of the apt: kitchen, dining room, living room, and office (not including the two bedrooms, one of which you'd be occupying). The apt has hardwood floors throughout and comes furnished if you'd like. There are also 2 porches within the apt with plenty of storage space.
